Refunds and Cancellations

We strive to provide excellent care and service for every client. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

• Bundle Packages
  Bundle packages must be used within 90 days from the date of the previous massage session. Any unused sessions after this time will expire and cannot be refunded.

• Refunds
  All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed or unused sessions.

• Cancellations / Rescheduling
  We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the session.
